Micron Communications is pleased to announce and welcome Mark Hardy to the company.
As Engineering Support and Projects Manager, Mark will be responsible for new installations, projects and the support desk to ensure seamless delivery of services to Micron's customers.
Mark comes to Micron with over 20 years experience in the IT and Telecoms industry with experience gained at BT, Alcatel and ICL. He joins Micron from a Project Management function at NG Bailey where Mark had responsibility for the BT Structured Cabling contract, NGB's largest managed service contract. As a qualified Prince 2 Practitioner Mark has worked on many high profile BT contracts, including the largest RFID rollout in Europe for the Royal Mail.
Mark explains, "I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the team at Micron and I am very happy to be a part of this team moving forward. I believe Micron has great products, services and people."
